HELP CENTER

Questions, answered without small print

Common questions about domains, transfers, funds and privacy.

Buying & pricing

Can I negotiate a listed price?

Yes. Most assets marked “open to offers” accept negotiation. Submit a budget and an advisor will confirm the seller’s mandate. Some sellers set a floor price; offers below it may be automatically declined.

Are appraisals the final price?

No. An appraisal is an algorithmic market reference. The final price reflects seller expectations, buyer strategy, payment terms and supply.

How do buy-now orders work?

A buy-now order expresses a firm intent to purchase at the listed price. An advisor confirms availability and walks both sides through the handover.

Can I reserve a domain?

Qualified buyers can request a 72-hour hold. It is subject to seller confirmation and may require a deposit. A reservation is not a completed transfer.

Transfer & funds

How long does a transfer take?

Most .com and .cn transfers complete in 1–3 business days after payment and verification. Cross-registrar or special extensions may take longer.

Where does the money go?

Payment is settled directly between buyer and seller, or through a third-party platform both sides agree on. Always confirm the account in writing and never pay a personal account you cannot verify.

What if the transfer fails?

Write the remedy into your agreement before any money moves: who refunds, within how many days, and on what evidence. We help both sides document the failure reason.

Does the domain come with a website or trademark?

Unless explicitly stated, the transaction covers the domain name only. Existing content, trademarks and historical liabilities are not automatically included.

Privacy & security

Will my phone number be public?

No. Contact details are stored for transaction communication and shown masked in the admin console. Full details require an authorised action.

How do you prevent fake advisors?

Only use the WeChat, QQ and phone numbers displayed on this site. We never initiate a request for registrar passwords or SMS codes.

Can I pay in installments?

Some sellers accept milestone payments. Put the schedule in writing and agree who holds each payment before the transfer begins.

How do I report suspicious activity?

Contact the official service line immediately and retain the conversation and payment records. We will assist with verification and reporting.
